Brf Välbehaget
Brf Välbehaget is a waterfront residential association on Kungsholmen in central Stockholm with 225 apartments. Strengthening building security was a key objective, while the solution needed to be easy for residents to use in everyday life.
Before Telcred Home, the building relied on mechanical keys and shared entrance codes — a system that was costly to maintain and difficult to manage when residents moved in or out.
With Telcred Home, residents now manage their own access using cards and mobile credentials. Temporary access for guests and deliveries is handled through the app, eliminating the need for shared codes entirely.
